📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Manage the budget for marketing activities and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Inbound Certified) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
