📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of parking attendants, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth parking operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain parking facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
• Implement and enforce parking policies and procedures.
• Use parking management software such as ParkMobile or ParkMaster to track and manage parking operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the parking attendants.
• Work closely with the Surabaya-based team to ensure seamless operations across different locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Parking Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parking operations management.
• Certification in parking management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using parking management software such as ParkMobile or ParkMaster.
• Knowledge of local parking regulations and best practices.
