📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Use CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage customer interactions
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Generate and analyze customer service reports
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Proficient in using CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to travel to client sites as required
