📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of control systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to internal controls and compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of control systems.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other risk management software to streamline control processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors, to address compliance issues and ensure regulatory adherence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Certifications in internal controls (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to the automotive sector.
• Experience with risk management software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
