In this pivotal role, you’ll create memorable experiences for our students while managing front desk operations at our hub in Canggu, Bali. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth class schedules and facilities usage.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reservations, payments, and document processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and information are readily available.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors to our fitness hub.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in a hospitality or education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for the fitness and wellness industry, with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
