Head of Quality Control (QC) - Pharmaceutical Industry

As Head of QC, you will oversee daily quality control activities, implement quality improvement programs, and ensure compliance with international and local regulations such as ICH-GCP, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product quality, while also mentoring and developing your team to achieve excellence in quality control.

With a strong background in quality control and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for managing a team of quality control inspectors and technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily quality control activities, including incoming inspection, in-process testing, and finished product inspection.
• Implement and maintain quality improvement programs to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations such as ICH-GCP, ISO 13485, and GMP.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in ISO 13485 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards, including ICH-GCP and GMP.
• Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System) tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
