As a Corporate HR Payroll Staff, you will handle end-to-end payroll processing using our in-house HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors. You will prepare and distribute payroll reports, manage employee benefits, and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll for 500+ employees using SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing
- Provide support to the HR team in payroll-related queries and issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Participate in payroll audits and reviews
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
