📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Manage and maintain the cashier station and equipment,Coordinate with the medical staff for billing and payment processing,Assist in any other tasks as required by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is a plus,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required,Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
