📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to the management and employees on a wide range of legal issues.,Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.,Monitor and review legal developments that may impact the business and advise on appropriate responses.,Investigate and resolve legal disputes and issues that arise within the business.,Ensure that all business operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.,Provide training and education to employees on legal and compliance matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal and compliance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a business context.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to business and commerce.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with legal and compliance software and tools.
