📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Advisory on organizational development and change management.,Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in HR software and tools.,Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
