📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute product marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.,Lead market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the coatings industry.,Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners.,Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.,Represent Nippon Paint at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of the coatings industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.,Proficient in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Experience in managing and leading marketing teams is a plus.,Certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
