Sentosa Food is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
