📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of production processes
  • Ensure that production targets are met and maintained
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all products
  • Optimize production schedules and resources to improve efficiency
  • Monitor and control production costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Lead and mentor the production team
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
