📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.,Manage and train junior fleet coordinators and support staff.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and optimize fleet operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
