Sumber Fajar Gadget is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and plans.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits.,Train and mentor new employees in production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
