📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Supervise and mentor the culinary team.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to manage a budget and control costs.
