As an experienced Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold, using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and other specialized equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, using our high-quality espresso machines and other specialized equipment.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workspace, ensuring our café is always welcoming to our guests.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist in training new staff members.
• Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep our café in top condition.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
