As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a high standard of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards, ensuring food quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and promptly report any issues.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen meets the restaurant's standards and goals.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer demands.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory to ensure efficient stock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
