📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing grievances and conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
