JNE Express is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Special Audit Supervisor to lead our Risk Assessment and Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks to our business. This is a crucial role that requires a strong understanding of risk management and compliance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the Risk Assessment and Compliance team, providing strategic direction and guidance.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.,Identify and mitigate risks to the business, implementing measures to prevent and minimize potential losses.,Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management and compliance programs.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our risk management and compliance initiatives.,Provide training and support to team members to ensure they are fully equipped to carry out their responsibilities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of our business are covered by our risk management and compliance initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that our policies and procedures are current and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.,Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.,Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management and compliance programs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
