📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our premium real estate projects in Bali.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.,Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.,Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Familiarity with the Bali real estate market and premium projects is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
