As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. You will also be involved in developing marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement,Monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,Assist in the development and maintenance of the online store, including product listings and promotions,Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage promotional campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
