MEP Officer

PT. Aegis Jaya Metalindo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Officer to join our expanding team in Semarang. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across our projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our MEP systems, which are vital for the success of our construction and engineering projects.

With a strong background in MEP systems and a passion for delivering high-quality results, you will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement and maintain MEP systems. You will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure MEP systems meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and records of MEP systems.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source and deliver MEP components and services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on MEP system progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP systems, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar MEP design software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in MEP systems (e.g., NCII, BIM, or equivalent) is a plus.
