📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
