📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
