📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the assigned area,Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment,Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role,Proven track record of success in a similar position,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with local market trends and industry regulations,Ability to travel as required by the role
