As a Branch Operations Manager in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently, while also enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance. You will work closely with the store manager and team to ensure that all sales targets are met and that the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Additionally, you will be involved in training new staff and implementing new processes to improve store performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
• Ensure all sales targets are met and that the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work closely with the store manager and team to optimize customer experiences and drive sales performance.
• Train new staff and implement new processes to improve store performance.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
