📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
