📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and post job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian both written and spoken.
