📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily food service operations.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.

Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Participate in menu planning and development.

Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in the food service industry.

Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with local and international cuisine.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
